**Dear Prospective Tenants**
As of now, we do not know which of our current tenants will be renewing their apartment for the next year, and which will be leaving us. In January, our office will know which of these apartments are available for Fall 09'. Until we know which apartments will be ready, we have started a waiting list for prospective tenants (this includes name, number, and apartment sizes). So send us an email or give us a call with your information, and we will call you to schedule showings, which should start around the first of February.
