NOTE: THINGS YOU'LL NEED TO SIGN YOUR LEASE
1. Completed application with a copy of a photo identification.2. Security deposit to be deposited at the time of signing the lease (considered a holding fee until tenant takes possession of the apartment). The deposit is one month's rent.
3. Two post-dated checks given at the signing of the lease:
Check one: Post-dated for August 1, 2012. This is your first month's rent. You will need to add a hall maintenance fee of $50.00 per person in the apartment as well.
Check two: Post-dated for September 1, 2012, which includes rent for Sept. 2012 and July 2013 (the check includes two month's rent, so you pay double in Sept. but nothing in July).
