Rent is due on the First of each Month, no exceptions!
There is a 5 day grace period before a 10% late fee is applied
You can leave checks made out to Fred's Historic Properties in the drop box, but never leave cash in a drop box!
Downtown Lease Dates: August 5, 2010 - July 31, 2011
Lock-out fee is $50 after business hours.
You cannot terminate your lease early. Tenant will be held responsible for lease agreement, but we will be happy to accommodate a sub leaser.
